Clear, reliable insights for teachers and administrators

AI-Powered reporting designed by educators, for educators

About
Observation Assistant was created by school leaders who know the challenges of classroom observations firsthand. Too often, the process takes more time than it gives back — and the focus drifts away from what matters most: teaching and learning.
For teachers, it’s a zero-stakes way to receive feedback and strengthen practice over time.

For administrators, it delivers clear, reliable evidence while honoring professional expertise.

By offering coaching suggestions free of evaluation, Observation Assistant allows educational leaders to preserve the human element in teaching and learning — where growth is guided by expertise, not replaced by automation.

Our mission is simple: provide reporting that builds trust, saves time, and keeps people at the center. Inspired by the principles of hospitality, we believe every interaction in education should support growth and mutual understanding.
