How does Observation Assistant protect data privacy?
We are fully FERPA and Ed-Law 2-d (NYS) compliant. Audio is automatically deleted after transcription, PII is redacted, and our AI partners do not train on or store your data. Reports remain in your account until you choose to delete them.
